Most of the time, yes. But there are certain times and circumstances when rings cannot be resized. If this is the case, I can provide a detailed explanation of why resizing is not possible and often provide another solution that will work for you.
Absolutely. I can repair your chain and leverage my trusted network of suppliers if links or clasps need to be replaced. Chain repair also includes cleaning.
You bring your ring to me. I will have a look and make sure that any replacement stone will be secure. Then we will look at your insurance and from there we will find a diamond that fits your ring and your budget.
